A Susan Murphy’s ice cream cake makes any occasion sweeter. In
the past 26
years, we’ve prepared cakes for countless birthdays, anniversaries,
graduations,
holidays, weddings – as well as cakes for no occasion at all. Our cakes
are custom made to your taste (call us at least two days ahead so that
we can
make the ice cream for your cake.)
Each of our cakes has two generous layers of our rich, freshly
made ice cream,
separated by a layer of moist yellow cake and creamy chocolate fudge.
(If you’d
prefer chocolate “crunchies” in the middle instead, please let us know!)
The
cake is then iced in white frosting, and inscribed with your own
personal message.
If you
would like to have your cake specially decorated, we’ll be happy to
oblige. Our classic ice cream cake comes in 3 sizes:

7” round
layer - serves 8 – 10 people
9” round layer - serves 12 – 15 people
12” round layer - serves 18 – 20 people

For smaller gatherings, Susan Murphy offers an ice cream
pie – a golden
graham
cracker crumb crust filled generously
with our homemade ice cream.
Although we try to keep ice cream cakes and pies on hand
for last-minute
purchasing,
we highly recommend that you call us at (732) 449-1130 two
days in
advance so that
your cake will be ready for you
when you come to pick it up.
